Quality & Safety

Nothing less than research-grade.

Every peptide we supply is synthesised, tested and shipped to the same standards demanded by university labs and biotech R&D teams. Here is exactly how we do it.

Our testing standards

Before a batch is released, it passes through a multi-step verification pipeline. No batch ships without a full Certificate of Analysis.

HPLC purity

High-performance liquid chromatography confirms the peptide content is >99% pure, with individual impurity peaks quantified and reported.

Mass spectrometry

MS verifies the exact molecular weight and sequence identity of the synthesised peptide, catching sequence errors or truncated chains.

Endotoxin testing

Every batch is screened for bacterial endotoxins using LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) assay to research-grade limits.

Certificate of Analysis

A COA is a signed, batch-specific document that lists every test performed, the equipment used, the date of testing, the results obtained, and the acceptable limits. It is your proof that the pen in your hand matches the batch that was tested.

  • Peptide name, batch number and catalogue code
  • Purity percentage and chromatogram reference
  • Molecular weight and MS spectrum confirmation
  • Endotoxin level (EU/mg)
  • Appearance, solubility and storage conditions
  • Tester signature and laboratory accreditation

How to request a COA

COAs are available on request for every lot we ship. Simply email us with your batch number (printed on the packing slip) and we will send the matching certificate within one business day.

We retain COAs for a minimum of five years after batch manufacture so researchers can reference them long after a study concludes.

Cold-chain logistics

Peptides are temperature-sensitive. From the moment a batch is lyophilised to the moment it reaches your lab, it stays cold, dark and dry.

Storage at source

  • Lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder at -20°C
  • Pre-filled pens protected from UV light
  • Vacuum-sealed to prevent moisture ingress
  • Batch-tracked from synthesis to dispatch

Shipping

  • Medical-grade insulated packaging
  • Phase-change cool packs maintain 2–8°C for 48+ hours
  • Express courier with live tracking
  • Discreet, unbranded outer packaging

When your package arrives

  1. 1Inspect the cool packs. If they are fully thawed and the pen feels warm, contact us immediately — we replace compromised shipments at our cost.
  2. 2Transfer unopened pens to a refrigerator (2–8°C) or freezer (-20°C) as soon as possible.
  3. 3Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe noted on the product page — typically 14–30 days.
